The data collected is used strictly for:

  • Providing and maintaining the Hello Clara service.
  • Training the AI specific to your business context (your data is isolated).
  • Customer support and booking management.

3. Data Recipients & Sub-Processors

We do not sell your data. However, to provide our service, we utilize trusted third-party infrastructure:

  • GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc): Used as the CRM and backend infrastructure for data storage and automation.
  • AI Providers: Voice and text data are processed by AI APIs (such as OpenAI) strictly for generating responses.

4. Data Retention

Data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request the deletion of your data at any time. Upon account termination, data is deleted in accordance with our retention protocols.

5. Cookies

We use only functional cookies necessary for the proper operation of the website and the chat widget. We do not use intrusive third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes without your explicit consent.

Terms of Service (CGV/CGU)

1. Service Description

Hello Clara provides an AI-powered receptionist service (Voice and Chat) designed to qualify leads and book appointments (the "Service"). The Service is deployed on the Client's existing digital infrastructure.

2. Fair Use Policy (Unlimited Plans)

While some plans may be labeled as "Unlimited," they are subject to a Fair Use Policy to prevent abuse and ensure service quality for all clients.

The "Unlimited" usage is capped at:

  • 300 minutes of inbound voice processing per month (or the equivalent cost in text messaging tokens).

Beyond this limit, Hello Clara reserves the right to throttle the service, pause the AI specifically, or contact the Client to upgrade to a high-volume enterprise plan. Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month.

3. AI Liability & Accuracy

Disclaimer: The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence. While trained on the Client's business data, the AI may occasionally generate incorrect information ("hallucinations").

  • The Client acknowledges that Hello Clara is an automated tool and not a human employee.
  • Diego CAYUELA (Hello Clara) cannot be held liable for any errors, incorrect pricing, or promises made by the AI to the Client's leads.
  • It is the Client's responsibility to verify critical information with their leads before finalizing any transaction.

4. Obligations of Means (SLA)

Hello Clara is bound by an obligation of means (obligation de moyens), not an obligation of result. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the Service is available 24/7, excluding maintenance periods or failures of third-party providers (e.g., GoHighLevel, OpenAI, Telecom carriers).

5. Subscription & Cancellation

No Lock-in: The Service is a monthly subscription with no long-term commitment.

  • Cancellation: The Client may cancel at any time via email or their dashboard.
  • Effect: Cancellation must be requested before the renewal date. There are no pro-rata refunds for partial months used. The Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle and will not be renewed.

6. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the courts of the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Gap (France) shall have exclusive competence.
